Working alongside the Senior Advertising Manager, you'll gain exposure to campaign strategy, reporting and optimisation, while taking ownership of your own areas as your experience grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns across multiple marketplaces.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make bid, budget and targeting adjustments.
  • Analyse advertising performance to identify opportunities for growth and improved efficiency.
  • Carry out keyword research and support the launch of new advertising campaigns.
  • Produce regular performance reports and communicate key insights to the wider eCommerce team.
  • Work closely with the merchandising and content teams to support new product launches and promotional events.
  • Complete regular account health checks to ensure campaigns are performing as expected.
  • Help test new advertising strategies and features released by Amazon.
  • Support wider advertising, reporting and marketplace projects as required.

About You

Essential

  • Around 1-2 years' experience in Amazon Advertising or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Good understanding of Amazon Sponsored Ads and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and formulas.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
  • Exposure to Amazon DSP or an interest in learning.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, AI tools or advertising automation.
  • Experience working within an eCommerce retailer.
