About Us
Hey! We're Brand Hackers.
We help challenger brands fight smarter, think sharper, and win bigger.
We build experienced, dynamic and fractional teams that fit in like puzzle pieces – providing just the right knowledge and energy at the right time. We’re not your typical agency or a one-man show; we're a team of passionate professionals who eat, sleep, and breathe branding and marketing.
Our diverse team of experts covers all marketing mix elements, from brand strategy and social media to performance and web development and beyond and with over 100 brands under our belt, our Brand Hackers have a treasure trove of shared experiences. This wealth of knowledge fuels our creativity and gives us the edge.
We’re 4 years old and have grown from just 2 of us to 20+ people with knock-out case studies we’re really proud of and a serious growing reputation (even if we say so ourselves).
Beyond FMCG, we're building iconic challenger brands across Beauty, Luxury, Film, and more working with big challengers like Tony’s Chocolonely and emerging hot startups like Seep. From customer insights and brand strategy to campaign planning and comms strategy, our team tackles a wide range of briefs.
Performance marketing has become a Brand Hackers core offering over the past 18 months, to the point that we are on the hunt for another Paid Media Executive/Growth Executive to support this growth.
The Role
This role will be focused on building out and executing paid ads campaigns for DTC brands across Google, Meta and TikTok. Not only will you be setting these up but you’ll be responsible for all monitoring, optimising and reporting back to the client.
You will usually be working directly into the founders of each business, working either alongside their marketing teams or in some cases you will be their main marketing person.
This role will involve a good mix of strategic thinking alongside lots of execution and getting sh*t done so we are looking for someone capable of working at pace whilst keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You will...
- Build and launch paid campaigns for DTC brands, mostly across Google, Meta and TikTok
- Own the campaign end to end: setup, monitoring, optimising and reporting straight back to the client, not just launching it and moving on.
- Working directly with founders, sometimes alongside their in-house marketing team, sometimes as their only marketing person.
- Balance strategic thinking with proper execution. This isn't a decks-only role, you'll actually be the one getting it done.
- Move at pace without losing sight of the bigger picture, so the day-to-day work still adds up to something.
You’ll have...
- You've had some exposure to paid. Agency junior, in-house, part of a wider marketing team, wherever, you just need to have touched it.
- You're genuinely into D2C brands, not just marketing in general.
- You understand how Google and Meta actually work today, not how they worked three years ago.
- You follow startup marketing because you want to, not because someone told you to.
- Bonus points if you've got hands-on time in both Google and Meta, but one channel is enough to get you in the room.
