Paid Media Executive

Birmingham – 4 days in office

£26,000 - £30,000 + bonus

Performance Marketers... this is a brilliant opportunity.

We're partnering exclusively with one of the Midlands' fastest-growing ecommerce businesses as they continue to invest in their high-performing digital marketing team. Operating across multiple European markets, this ambitious business is looking for a hands-on Paid Media Executive to help drive customer acquisition, maximise ROI and shape the future of its paid media activity.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll take ownership of PPC and paid social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising and Meta, managing budgets, optimising performance and uncovering new opportunities for growth. Working closely with Data, Development, SEO and Ecommerce teams, you'll analyse campaign performance, improve tracking and attribution, and play a key role in delivering commercial results. You'll also support and mentor junior members of the team as the function continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
