As ADA Digital continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Paid Media Executive who can help us deliver outstanding campaigns while bringing a fresh creative perspective to our PPC activity.
Our Paid Media team brings strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and data-led insight, as long term Google Partners. This role is about adding another important layer with someone who can help bring campaigns to life through stronger creative thinking, messaging, testing, and audience understanding.
You’ll work closely with our Digital Director and PPC specialist, gaining exposure to different industries, campaign types, and strategies while playing an important role in helping our clients succeed.
The role
This is a hands-on paid media role for someone who enjoys the balance between creativity, analysis, and problem-solving.
You’ll support the delivery and optimisation of PPC campaigns across predominately Google Ads and also Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, helping clients improve performance through a combination of data insight, creative thinking, and continuous testing.
You’ll work closely with experienced PPC specialists, web developers, SEO wizards, and account teams, learning from technical experts while bringing your own ideas and perspective.
This is about using creativity and data to create better campaigns for our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating & improving campaign assets
- Support the creation and review of paid media assets
- Help develop ad copy, messaging, and creative concepts
- Review campaign creative and identify opportunities for improvement
- Think about how visuals, messaging, audiences, and offers work together
- Support testing different approaches to understand what resonates

Supporting Campaign Management
- Support the development, implementation, and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen, AI Max, and emerging formats.
- Support Paid Social Media campaigns across platforms including Meta and LinkedIn
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support campaign testing across audiences, creative, messaging, and targeting
- Assist with campaign builds, updates, and ongoing PPC management optimisations utilising some of the latest AI technology
Managing budgets
- Monitor daily campaign spend and pacing across Google Ads and Paid Social platforms
- Support budget allocation decisions across campaigns, audiences, and channels
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximise return on investment
- Highlight areas where spend could be increased, reduced, or reallocated based on performance
- Work alongside the PPC team to ensure campaigns remain commercially focused
- Understand how campaign performance links back to wider client objectives
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Review campaign performance, trends, and audience insight. Understanding key metrics including Click-Through-Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), and Return-On-Ad-Spend (ROAS)
- Use performance insights to influence creative direction, messaging, audiences, and campaign improvements
- Support and present monthly reports, showing results against KPIs and making meaningful recommendations for future improvements
- Help identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what we should test next
Supporting client growth
- Understand client goals, audiences, and commercial objectives
- Support client conversations with campaign insights and recommendations
- Work with SEO, AEO, content, social, and web development teams
- Support ideas that improve the full customer journey
- Bring creative suggestions and campaign opportunities forward
- Help clients get more value from their investment
Working with the team
- We’re a small team, which means everyone has an impact.
- Work closely with our PPC specialist and the Digital Director
- Collaborate with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and account managers
- Share ideas and contribute to campaign direction
- Help improve how we work as we grow

Skills and experience
What you’ll need:
- Experience managing PPC campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and paid media principles
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Experience using analytics platforms such as GA4
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence creating or reviewing marketing copy and creative assets
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills
Helpful experience (but not essential)
- Working within an agency environment (minimum of 2-3 years)
- Google Ads certifications
- Paid social media advertising
- Creating ad copy, campaign concepts, or marketing assets
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar
- Understanding of SEO, CRO, AEO, or wider digital marketing
