Job Description
You will own the day-to-day execution of high-impact paid social campaigns for global brands on TikTok and Instagram. Working closely with the Director of Paid Media, you’ll manage platform setup, optimization, and performance reporting. This hands-on role is perfect for an agency-experienced professional ready to manage significant budgets for world-class clients.

What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-day execution within Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, including building, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns to hit client KPIs.
- Analyze and clean campaign data to produce clear, actionable performance reports and client-ready decks that highlight key delivery insights.
- Maintain rigorous account hygiene by tracking pacing and budgets while ensuring naming conventions and tracking setups are flawlessly executed before launch.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 1–2 years of hands-on paid social experience, specifically setting up and optimizing live campaigns within Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Demonstrates strong data proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to translate complex numbers into clear, strategic takeaways for clients.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and build professional decks in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
