We are partnering with a fast-growing, premium D2C brand (currently scaling rapidly in the UK and US markets) to find a Paid Media & Growth Lead who lives and breathes ROAS, MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), and full-funnel strategy.

You won't just be "managing ads"—you will be the engine behind our customer acquisition strategy, managing a monthly spend of £65,000.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scale & Strategy: Take full ownership of our Meta and Google Ads ecosystem, moving beyond basic ROAS to optimise for LTV and total business profitability.
  • Creative Testing: Partner with our design team to build a high-velocity creative testing framework, ensuring our assets drive clicks and conversions.
  • Advanced Attribution: Navigate the post-iOS landscape by implementing robust attribution solutions, ensuring we have full visibility into the customer journey.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse campaign performance against MER targets and pivot budgets dynamically to capitalise on emerging trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
