Role Description

The Paid Media Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. In this position, the Paid Media Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels, focusing on hospitality brands and their growth objectives.

The role involves close collaboration with PR, social, creative, and account teams to ensure integrated campaigns, consistent messaging, and strong brand visibility. The Paid Media Manager will also:

  • Prepare regular reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations
  • Stay current on new media trends, platforms, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong media planning skills, with experience managing budgets, forecasting performance, and optimizing campaigns across multiple paid channels.
  • Proficiency in media strategy, including audience targeting, channel selection, and aligning paid media activity with wider marketing and PR objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex campaign data clearly to internal teams and clients, and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Knowledge of new media platforms and digital advertising tools, with a track record of testing emerging formats and applying data-driven insights.
  • Understanding of public relations and how paid media supports earned and owned media for integrated hospitality campaigns.
  • Experience with common ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic tools), analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Background in hospitality, agency, or multi-brand environments is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
