We’re working with a growing independent integrated agency on the lookout for a Paid Media Manager to join their digital team.
Our Client
An independently owned, award-winning integrated agency in South Manchester. They have a varied client base across B2B and B2C sectors, and are undergoing a period of planned growth. They work 4 days per week office based with Friday’s at home.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital in this role which is a senior hands-on Paid Media role with genuine ownership of multi-channel campaigns. You’ll manage budgets, including pacing, bid strategies and audience targeting, through to maintaining campaign performance through regular audits, through to interrogating performance data to produce clear, commercially focused reporting. You’ll be a go-to expert for Paid Social, as well as activating across search, programmatic and amazon. It’s a client facing position, working with client services, where you’ll be regularly communicating with clients. You’ll also be working with AI tools daily.

You
- Proven hands-on experience in Paid Social, in particular managing and optimising Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns at a meaningful scale, with TikTok Ads experience a bonus.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads across at least two of the following – Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube.
- Comfortable working with GA4, and confident at managing Paid campaigns from brief and build, through to optimisation and reporting.
- Experience from either an agency or in-house background is welcome.
- Curious about AI with early adoption in day-to-day tasks.
