Digital Natives is a social-first creative agency putting brands at the centre of attention. Based in East London, our rapidly growing team works together to create best-in-class campaigns for global brands, covering FMCG, beauty, food & beverage and technology.

The Role

The role of Media Manager is a mid-weight level position in our Influencer & Media Department. You will lead media planning and buying across a range of projects and accounts, while supporting the development of junior team members.

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on social platforms. You will ensure campaigns are data-led, performance-driven and aligned with client objectives, delivering measurable impact and strong ROI.

In addition, you will play a pivotal role across a large-scale media campaign in the USA, supporting one key client account. You will play a central role in overseeing and managing our external media agency partners and vendors within the US market. While the campaign is predominantly digitally led, it will be supported by selected traditional media activations, including out-of-home and podcast placements.

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from planning and activation through to reporting, optimisation and strategic recommendations. This includes ownership of budgets, management of media vendors and platform partners, and ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time and to the highest standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
