Paid Media Manager
Location: Thame (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000
We're working with a growing marketing agency looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to take ownership of paid media strategy across a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with agency experience who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
- Manage multiple client accounts and budgets
- Deliver performance-driven strategies focused on ROAS, lead generation and revenue growth
- Analyse campaign performance using GA4 and make data-led recommendations
- Work closely with clients, presenting results and advising on future strategy
- Stay up to date with platform changes and emerging best practices

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' paid media experience (agency preferred)
- Strong experience across Google Ads and Meta
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Confident with GA4, conversion tracking and reporting
- Commercial mindset with a passion for optimisation and testing
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
