The Role
The Paid Media Manager holds the responsibility of driving the success of paid social, paid search and Affiliate campaigns, fostering advertising growth, and achieving measurable returns on investment (ROI). This role will focus on incremental guest acquisition through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns.
Paid Media Manager plays a key role in expanding the reach and visibility of the brands while ensuring resources are used effectively.
Reporting to the Troia Digital Director (with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing at Sexy Fish), the Paid Media Manager will collaborate closely with other digital marketing team members to integrate campaigns seamlessly and align with overall business objectives.

Key elements of your role as Paid Media Manager:
- Managing paid social and paid search accounts to achieve performance goals.
- Strategically planning and execute advertising initiatives to drive growth and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for incremental guest acquisition through targeted paid media strategies.
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns regularly, utilizing analytics and data-driven insights.
- Stay abreast of trends in paid advertising and emerging tools to ensure innovation and effectiveness.
- Growing Troia (Ivy Collection, Ivy Asia, Harry’s and Brasserie of Light) and Sexy Fish channels beyond Affiliates, Paid Search and Paid Social including Radio, DOOH and other ATL channels/
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies, brand guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad assets aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives.

About you:
- Proven experience in managing paid social and paid search campaigns, ideally with a strong background in hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands.
- Proven background in planning and executing advertising initiatives to drive growth and ROI.
- Experience in identifying opportunities for incremental guest acquisition through targeted paid media strategies
- Able to monitor and optimize campaigns regularly, utilizing analytics and data-driven insights.
- Knowledgeable and able to stay abreast of trends in paid advertising and emerging tools to ensure innovation and effectiveness
- Strong communication skills: handle stakeholder relationships, present convincingly and accept feedback constructively.
- A proactive, curious mindset: you seek out trends, experiment, propose improvements and thrive in an evolving brand environment.
