About the Company
We're working on behalf of a highly respected agency to recruit an experienced Paid Media Manager who is passionate about delivering measurable results and shaping effective media strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative agency environment where paid media plays a key role in both performance marketing and integrated brand campaigns. You'll work across a diverse client portfolio, combining hands-on campaign management with strategic input, client collaboration, and commercial thinking.
Description
As Paid Media Manager, you'll take ownership of planning, launching, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple channels. You'll work with a mixture of direct-to-consumer brands focused on driving measurable return on investment, alongside larger integrated campaigns where paid media supports wider brand awareness and customer engagement objectives.
Working closely with Account Directors and clients, you'll help identify where paid media can strengthen campaign performance, while confidently communicating recommendations and results.

- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant performance channels.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrate measurable commercial results for performance-focused clients through strong reporting and optimisation.
- Develop media plans that support integrated awareness campaigns alongside wider marketing activity.
- Present campaign performance, recommendations, and strategy updates confidently to clients.
- Work collaboratively with Account Directors and the wider agency team to identify paid media opportunities across client campaigns.
- Stay up to date with platform developments, emerging trends, and best practice across digital advertising.
Experience
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical paid media expertise with excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other key paid media platforms.
- Experience delivering successful performance campaigns with clear evidence of improving ROAS and campaign efficiency.
- An understanding of both performance marketing and brand awareness media planning.
- Confidence presenting campaign results and recommendations directly to clients.
- Experience working within an agency or managing multiple client accounts.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful commercial insights.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work alongside client services and creative teams.
