Role Description

At Seodium, performance matters. We’re an SEO-first digital agency, and paid media plays a crucial role in supporting growth, testing opportunities, and accelerating results for our clients.

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of performance-led paid campaigns across search and paid social. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys optimisation, accountability, and working closely with clients to drive measurable ROI.

As our Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads and supporting paid social platforms. You’ll have clear ownership of performance, budgets, and reporting, while collaborating with SEO and content teams to ensure paid activity aligns with wider marketing goals.

This role suits someone with strong fundamentals in paid media who wants autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to shape paid strategy within a growing agency.

You won’t be expected to be an expert in every platform; we value strong core skills, curiosity, and commercial thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (search, shopping, and performance-based campaigns)
  • Support paid social activity across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn where appropriate
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Develop and refine campaign structures, bidding strategies, ad copy, and creatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
