Paid Media Manager
Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) | £30,000 - £40,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We're working with an award-winning digital agency that's making serious waves in the hospitality sector. They're growing quickly, have an incredible client list of some of the UK’s best known restaurants and bars, and are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their close-knit team.
If you enjoy getting stuck into PPC and Paid Social and campaigns, testing new ideas, analysing performance and seeing the impact of your work, this could be right up your street.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of paid campaigns across a range of exciting client accounts, more so PPC, helping to drive growth through data-led strategies and continuous optimisation. No two days are the same, and you'll have the freedom to bring ideas, challenge the norm and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and optimising Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and Snapchat
- Analysing campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI
- Delivering insightful reporting and make data-driven recommendations
- Leading creative testing, audience targeting and campaign optimisation
- Working closely with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver outstanding results
About You
- 3+ years' experience managing Paid Social and/or PPC campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Commercially minded with a passion for performance marketing
- Confident managing client relationships
- Proactive, curious and always looking for ways to improve performance
