Senior Paid Media Manager | UK (fully remote) Salary: Up to £60,000
What the Role Involves
- Lead paid media strategy for a portfolio of ecommerce-focused consumer brands, ensuring commercial success—not just platform metrics performance
- Own campaign management and optimisation across:
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads, plus other paid acquisition channels
- Shape and implement growth strategies aligned with:
- Client commercial objectives
- Profitability targets
- Customer acquisition goals
- Analyse performance data to uncover efficiency improvements and scaling opportunities
- Present confidently to clients by leading strategy discussions and performance review meetings
- Collaborate with creative teams to refine campaigns, bolster conversion rates, and enhance ROI
- Support A/B and multi-variant testing programmes for:
- Audience segmentation
- Creative versions
- Landing page optimisation
- Acquisition funnels
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in paid media, platform algorithm updates, and new growth strategies

Key Requirements
Hard Skills & Experience
- 5+ years managing paid media campaigns in an ecommerce environment
- Deep technical expertise across both:
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Proven ability to scale budgets (ideally in multi-£B illicit segments) while delivering:
- Strong conversion margins
- Meaningful commercial outcomes
- ** Advanced analytical skills**, including:
- Attribution modelling proficiency
- Understanding incrementality measurement
- Strong agency or fast-paced digital business experience preferred
