Reports to: Paid Media Lead

We get bums on seats, that's what we do at MCM.

We're an events specialist digital marketing agency helping some of the biggest names in B2B events, exhibitions and trade shows drive registrations, ticket sales and real commercial results.

Due to client growth, we're looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to build, optimise, report on and improve paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Meta.

You'll be working on a mix of B2B events clients, taking ownership of identified accounts, helping campaigns hit or exceed projections, and reducing pressure on the senior team by becoming a trusted, reliable pair of hands.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines. We need someone who likes the detail, cares about performance, takes ownership, and wants to be part of an agency where culture actually matters.

About MCM

MCM is an award-winning digital marketing agency specialising in events. We work with event organisers to get the right people in front of the right campaigns, on the right channels, at the right time.

We're proud to have been named one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2026, once again recognising the culture our team has built together. We're also B Corp certified, which reflects our belief that how we do business matters just as much as the results we deliver.

We're a team that cares about performance, people and doing things properly. No jargon. No guesswork. No hiding behind vanity metrics. Just smart, data led campaigns that deliver.

The Role

As Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of paid media campaigns across key client accounts.

You'll build campaigns, optimise performance, analyse data, produce reports, spot opportunities, and make clear recommendations that help clients get better results.

You'll initially work closely with the Paid Media Lead and senior team, with the aim of eventually leading client calls and presenting performance updates directly to clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
