If you’re an experienced Paid Media pro looking for a genuinely exciting opportunity which will offer you full autonomy in a supportive environment, this is for you!
You would be joining a fast-growing agency who have had a whole load of new client wins this year.
A snapshot of the role:
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Paid Social / PPC (Google)
- Own performance across a portfolio of growth-focused clients
- Analyse data, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Proactively spot issues and recommend solutions before clients do
- Run testing programmes to improve efficiency, revenue and ROI
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance
- Shape future growth plans, not just day-to-day campaign delivery
- Advise on the wider customer journey, including creative, landing pages and conversion
- Ensure platforms, tracking and automation tools are set up for maximum performance

What you’ll bring to the table:
- You will have in-depth experience working in Paid Media - Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and PPC (Google).
- Having experience in Programmatics would be a plus, but not essential.
- Ideally you will have an agency background - solid in-house experience may be considered.
- Experience of managing six-figure budgets or the confidence to do so.
- Confident and approachable, this role is facing and you will be their key contact for all things Paid Media.
- Data driven and agile in your way of working; if something's not right, it’ll be sorted quickly.
- Committed and driven to support the agency growth.
