Paid Media Manager (Amazon Ads)
Are you an experienced Amazon Ads professional who enjoys working directly with clients, shaping strategy, and driving measurable growth?
We're partnering with a high-growth eCommerce performance agency that works with ambitious consumer brands across marketplaces and digital channels. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand for Amazon advertising services, they're looking to hire a Paid Media Manager to join their growing team.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond day-to-day campaign optimisation and become a trusted strategic partner to clients, helping them maximise performance across Amazon Advertising while working alongside specialist optimisation teams.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of established client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and leading conversations around strategy, performance, forecasting, and growth opportunities.
The business has invested heavily in technology and data capabilities, including proprietary AI-powered reporting tools that streamline reporting and allow the team to focus on delivering strategic value to clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
