Paid Media Manager - B2B SaaS

My client is Manchester's biggest tech success story and is entering an exciting new phase of growth. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a talented Paid Media Manager to join their growing marketing team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth. This role would suit an experienced performance marketer from a B2B SaaS environment who thrives on using data to drive decision-making.

You'll take ownership of substantial paid media budgets across key channels, whilst providing the insight and analysis needed to shape wider marketing and content strategies. Whilst hands-on experience across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is essential, the business is equally interested in someone who understands how to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.

You'll be highly proficient with Google Analytics, using performance data to optimise campaigns, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and efficient spend allocation.
  • Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure campaign performance and business impact.
  • Deliver actionable insights that inform content strategy, lead generation initiatives, and wider marketing activity.
  • Work closely with marketing stakeholders to improve conversion performance across the funnel.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key campaign KPIs.
  • Drive a culture of testing, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support broader digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and organic growth strategies.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Paid Media Manager or similar performance marketing role.
  • Essential experience working within a B2B SaaS business.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and performance reporting.
  • Experience managing sizeable marketing budgets.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Good understanding of SEO, with organic search experience viewed favourably.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
