Paid Media Manager – Hybrid (London)
Focus: Retail & E-Commerce Clients
The role in a nutshell
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who gets excited about driving sales for retail and e-commerce brands. This isn’t just about managing ad spend — it’s about building campaigns that cut through, convert, and scale.
- You’ll be working across multiple platforms, experimenting with creative, and using data to unlock growth.
- One day you might be mapping out a multi-channel strategy; the next, deep in the detail of optimisations that push ROAS higher.
- This is a role for someone who enjoys both the numbers and the narrative.

Where you’ll make an impact
- Running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond
- Balancing performance and efficiency — managing budgets with care
- Spotting opportunities from data and testing ideas quickly
- Partnering with clients to understand their business goals
- Collaborating with creative and account teams to deliver campaigns that feel on-brand and on-target
- Staying curious — keeping on top of retail/e-commerce trends and paid media shifts
What we’re after
- You’ve managed paid campaigns end-to-end, ideally for retail or e-commerce clients
- You know the major platforms inside out and love getting under the hood
- You’re data-driven but can explain results in plain English
- You’re organised, adaptable, and confident juggling multiple clients/projects
- You take ownership and like to bring fresh thinking to the table
