Paid Media Specialist

Chester | Hybrid Working (2-3 Days in Office)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Outstanding Benefits Package

The Opportunity:

As Paid Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing, managing and optimising PPC campaigns across multiple websites and brands. Working closely with digital marketing, analytics and commercial teams, you'll ensure campaigns are delivering strong returns while identifying new opportunities to enhance performance and scale growth.

You'll have the freedom to test, innovate and influence strategy while managing campaigns that target customers throughout the purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Build and maintain campaign structures across multiple brands, products and customer segments.
  • Identify high-intent search opportunities and maximise visibility within key markets.
  • Deliver seasonal and promotional campaigns aligned to peak booking periods.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance to improve ROAS, CPA and lead quality.
  • Conduct keyword analysis, audience research and competitor reviews to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Test ad creative, landing pages and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement and manage remarketing activity to support longer customer decision-making journeys.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring spend aligns with commercial objectives.
  • Produce insightful performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, web and sales teams to enhance overall digital performance.
  • Support tracking, attribution and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate performance measurement.

About you:

We're looking for an experienced PPC professional who combines strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset.

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing.
  • Experience managing large-scale or multi-brand campaign portfolios.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience using GA4, conversion tracking and tag management platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous optimisation.
