Paid Media Manager – Ecommerce Digital Marketing Agency

Fully Remote | Salary: Up to £50,000


About the Agency

Walker and Sloan are proud to partner with a leading ecommerce digital marketing agency looking to hire a Paid Media Manager to join an expanding performance marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong ecommerce and PPC (Paid Search) expertise. The role involves managing high-impact client campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

The agency specialises in working with diverse ecommerce brands, continually expanding its digital offerings across:

  • Paid Search (Google Ads)
  • Paid Social
  • Performance Marketing

This position is fully remote and offers clear growth opportunities within a supportive, ambitious team.

As Paid Media Manager, your core focus will be driving performance-driven growth for clients through optimised paid media strategies.

  • Manage and refine campaigns across Google Ads (including Shopping) and Paid Social platforms
  • Develop and execute data-led ecommerce paid media strategies tailored to ROI goals
  • Enhance performance for Shopping Ads and feed-based campaigns
  • Optimise campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics regularly
  • Analyse key data metrics and deliver actionable performance reports for clients
  • Continue improving ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend), conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA)
  • Forge strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to align digital strategies
  • Collaborate with SEO, Creative, and Strategy teams to enhance overall campaign integration
  • Stay current with the latest trends in ecommerce PPC and digital marketing

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven ecommerce experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Google Shopping (campaign setup, optimisation, feed management)
  • Hands-on experience with feed management and optimisation in ecommerce
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in **data analysis and performance reporting
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • A commercially astute mindset with a clear focus on ROI and performance-driven outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills to manage expectations and build relationships
  • Experience in Paid Search, alongside an advantage in Paid Social platforms
