💰 £28,000–£36,000 + Performance Bonus
We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager.
Someone who gets genuinely excited when a cost per lead drops, checks campaign performance before checking Instagram in the morning, and knows that "Apply Recommendations" isn't actually a marketing strategy.
If your answer to every performance issue is "increase the budget," this probably isn't the role for you. At The Bigger Brand, we specialise in helping dental practices grow. Every campaign has one goal: generate high-quality patients and deliver a measurable return on investment. If a client spends £1, they should know exactly what came back.
This isn't one of those jobs where you'll inherit 150 accounts, spend your life on internal meetings, and become an expert in updating spreadsheets. You'll have ownership, your ideas will actually be listened to, and you'll see the direct impact your work has on real businesses.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from strategy through to optimisation.
- Analysing performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Building landing page recommendations to improve conversions.
- Setting up and monitoring conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API).
- Producing reports clients can actually understand.
- Working closely with our creative, social media and web teams.
- Testing, learning and continuously improving campaign performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Working with dental clients is a huge bonus, and it'll definitely help your application stand out. However, it isn't a deal breaker. Great marketers are great marketers.
One thing we do ask: please don't tell us you've worked with dental clients if you haven't. It might get your CV read a little sooner, but it won't get you through the interview process. We'd much rather hire someone who's honest and talented than someone who's creative with their employment history.
What you'll get:
- Competitive salary.
- Performance bonus.
- Fully remote working.
- Flexible working environment.
- Regular team meet-ups.
- The opportunity to help shape one of the UK's fastest-growing dental marketing agencies.
If this sounds like your kind of role, we'd love to hear from you. 📩 Send your CV, along with a few campaigns you're genuinely proud of, to contact@thebiggerbrand.co.uk or drop me a message on LinkedIn.
And if this isn't for you, there's a good chance you know someone who'll spend the next 20 minutes critiquing our targeting. Please send it to them.
