Background
Agilio Software Group is a leading UK healthcare operations software provider, delivering integrated, mission-critical solutions across primary care, dental, pharmacy, hospital, and veterinary organisations.
The Fresh is a specialist digital marketing agency within the Agilio Software Group, working exclusively with healthcare and dental clients across the UK. We partner with a diverse portfolio of practices, delivering performance-led digital strategies that drive real patient acquisition and measurable growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a pivotal stage of growth, with a clear focus on scaling our Meta Ads and local lead generation capability across our client base.
Job purpose
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially sharp Paid Media Specialist (Meta-focused) to join our fully remote team.
This role is heavily focused on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and local lead generation for dental and healthcare practices. You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, setup, optimisation, and performance — with a clear focus on driving high-quality enquiries at efficient cost per lead.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be as comfortable diagnosing why a campaign isn’t converting as you are presenting clear, performance-led insights to clients. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and the wider digital team, bringing both deep technical expertise and strong commercial awareness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
