We're partnering with a leading agency in Manchester that works with an impressive portfolio of luxury and premium brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, and travel. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an Italian-speaking Paid Media Manager to join their high-performing digital team.
About the Role
As Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel paid media campaigns for a range of luxury clients. You'll work closely with client services, strategy, and creative teams to deliver exceptional campaign performance while maintaining premium brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategic media plans tailored to client objectives and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and media spend across multiple luxury client accounts.
- Deliver insightful reporting and present performance updates and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
- Support pitch work and new business opportunities where required.

Requirements
- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- 2+ years' experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Previous agency experience is preferred.
- Experience working with luxury, premium, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle brands would be highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
