Paid Media Manager – Leeds/Liverpool (Hybrid Remote) - £45k

Ada Meher is partnered with a growing Digital Marketing Agency as they seek a Paid Media Manager to join their established team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of paid media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients, with a particular focus on Meta advertising. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-performing campaigns, driving measurable results and contributing to the continued growth of the agency.

The business is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work. They value proactive, independent thinkers who are confident managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering campaigns that make a genuine commercial impact.

As part of their collaborative culture, the successful candidate can be based locally to either their Leeds or Liverpool office, with the expectation of spending three days per week in the office. To support a healthy work/life balance, the business also offers flexible working hours, allowing employees to manage their schedules around office attendance while maintaining a collaborative team environment.

To Be Considered:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing Paid Media campaigns (incl PPC & Social Media)
  • At least 2 years’ experience working within a digital marketing agency
  • Strong experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
  • Experience delivering Paid Media campaigns for eCommerce clients
  • Confident analysing campaign performance, conversion rates and campaign optimisation
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) would be a bonus
  • Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
