Paid Social Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist / Digital Acquisition Specialist / Paid Media Executive
About the Role
We're partnering with a leading luxury retail and ecommerce brand to recruit a Paid Media Specialist to drive global customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand performance across Paid Social and YouTube.
This is an exciting opportunity to own the end-to-end strategy, execution and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across key international markets, working across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and YouTube.
Working closely with creative teams, digital agencies and senior stakeholders, you'll shape creative direction, optimise performance through data and testing, and help deliver innovative, commercially focused paid media strategies within a fast-paced premium retail environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of global Paid Social and YouTube campaigns across multiple international markets.
- Develop channel strategies that drive revenue, profitability and brand growth across digital acquisition channels.
- Manage agency relationships, ensuring campaigns are continuously optimised to meet performance and commercial targets.
- Lead creative direction for Paid Media, collaborating with internal creative teams to deliver high-performing campaign assets.
- Support forecasting, budget management and KPI reporting to maximise channel efficiency and return on investment.
- Drive testing strategies across audiences, creatives, targeting, campaign structures and landing page optimisation.
- Champion AI integration and innovation across paid media campaign processes.
- Partner with CRO, Organic Social, Influencer and wider Digital Marketing teams to deliver integrated acquisition strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights to influence future media and creative decisions.
- Work closely with agencies and feed providers to ensure campaigns and product feeds are performing effectively.

What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years' experience in Paid Media, Paid Social or Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and/or YouTube.
- Proven experience driving revenue growth through Paid Social within an ecommerce or consumer-focused business.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Excel, Power BI and performance reporting tools.
- Experience managing agency relationships, budgets, forecasting and campaign optimisation.
- Understanding of CRO, experimentation and test-and-learn methodologies.
- Confident presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with experience influencing campaign creative and asset development.
- Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within retail, fashion, lifestyle or luxury ecommerce would be highly advantageous.
