Paid Media Manager – Music
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits

We're a specialist music marketing agency working with artists, record labels and entertainment brands to build audiences, drive streams, sell tickets and grow careers. We combine creative thinking with performance marketing, delivering campaigns that connect artists with fans across digital platforms. From breaking emerging talent to supporting established acts, we use paid media to create measurable impact throughout every stage of an artist's journey. We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team and help deliver outstanding campaigns across PPC and Paid Social.
The Role
As a Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, launching and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, working closely with artists, management teams and labels to achieve campaign objectives. Whether it's driving music streams, promoting new releases, increasing ticket sales or growing fan engagement, you'll use data, creativity and platform expertise to maximise performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least two years' paid media experience who has a genuine passion for music and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Campaign Management
- Plan, build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social.
- Deliver campaigns supporting single releases, album launches, tours, merchandise and fan acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise towards agreed KPIs.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.

PPC
- Build and optimise campaigns across:
- Google Search
- YouTube
- Display
- Performance Max
- Conduct keyword research and audience planning.
- Improve campaign performance through bidding strategies, testing and optimisation.
Paid Social
- Manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Support campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat and other emerging platforms where appropriate.
- Build audience targeting strategies using interest, behavioural and custom audiences.
- Test creative, messaging and audience variations to improve campaign performance.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and platform reporting tools.
- Produce clear reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, engagement and conversions.
- Use campaign data to improve future activity.
Client Collaboration
- Work closely with artists, managers, record labels and internal teams.
- Support campaign planning from briefing through to delivery.
- Present campaign updates and performance reports.
- Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Industry Awareness
- Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates and changes within the music industry.
- Bring fresh ideas that help artists connect with new audiences.
- Continuously test new advertising opportunities and formats.

About You
You'll have:
- At least 2 years' experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
- Hands-on experience using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- A solid understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Great communication skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for music, artists and digital marketing.
Desirable
- Experience working with artists, record labels or entertainment brands.
- Knowledge of YouTube Ads.
- Experience with TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads.
- Understanding of Spotify, Apple Music or music promotion campaigns.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications.
