📍 Central London | Hybrid (2/3 days per week) 💰 Salary: Up to £50,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spanish-speaking Paid Media Manager to join one of the world’s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies. With over 4,000 employees worldwide and continued investment across its international teams, this agency is experiencing significant growth, seeking to strengthen its Paid Media offering with an ambitious, commercially minded individual.
Working across a portfolio of Retail & Ecommerce clients, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising integrated Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, helping clients achieve measurable business growth.
The Role
As a Paid Media Manager, you will:
- Manage end-to-end Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across a portfolio of Retail & Ecommerce clients.
- Develop and implement data-driven media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Optimise campaigns to maximise performance across key KPIs, including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and revenue.
- Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on paid media strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with platform developments, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms including:
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Other relevant paid media channels.
- Experience working with Retail and Ecommerce brands, either on the agency or client side.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach and a passion for performance marketing.
