Paid Media Manager
Role & Key Details
Reports to: Growth Marketing Manager Team: Marketing Location: Remote (UK-based) Work Arrangement: Remote-first (hybrid options may evolve) Position Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to £45,000 + equity + benefits
About the Role
Vestd is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to strengthen its paid acquisition strategy.
Key Objectives
- Deepen expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on:
- Account structure
- Audience targeting
- Bidding strategies
- Creative testing
- Reporting & performance analysis
- Move beyond traditional platforms by identifying and testing new channels such as:
- Sponsorships
- Partnerships
- Newsletters, industry publications
- Communities (e.g., YouTube, Reddit, events)
- Work closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, Finance, and CRO to improve:
- Targeting & conversion rates
- Attribution & ROI

Year-One Goals
By your first year, Vestd should see: ✅ Optimised Google & LinkedIn campaigns improving quarter over quarter ✅ Paid media contributing to high-quality pipeline, backed by data & evidence ✅ Structured testing of new acquisition channels, with documented learnings ✅ Diversification of acquisition channels, reducing over-reliance on a few platforms

| Innovation | Stay ahead of platform updates, leverage AI/automation, and mentor the marketing team |
Requirements
Essential
✔ Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads in B2B environments ✔ Track record of improving paid acquisition performance, targeting measurable growth ✔ Strong analytical skills:
- Experience with GA4 or similar tools (must-have)
- Proficiency with HubSpot or equivalent CRM ✔ Commercially driven — spotting inefficiencies and growth opportunities independently ✔ Clear communicator who can explain performance to non-marketing stakeholders ✔ Comfort with remote work and B2B sharetech/fintech (preferred but not required) ✔ Familiarity with AI tools in daily workflows ✔ Crisis-free attention to detail
Nice to Have
🔹 Experience in B2B Demand Generation or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) 🔹 Knowledge of attribution platforms (e.g., Dreamdata) 🔹 Background in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries 🔹 Understanding of shares/share schemes, startup/scaleup environments 🔹 Budget management experience
