We're partnering with an award-winning beauty brand founded by one of the UK's most influential beauty entrepreneurs. Combining creativity, innovation, and a highly engaged global community, the business has built a loyal customer following through exceptional products, authentic storytelling, and a digital-first approach.
Following significant growth and continued international expansion, they're now looking for a commercially minded Paid Media Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition strategy and drive performance across multiple digital channels.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious Paid Media Marketing Manager who thrives on turning insights into action, driving profitable customer acquisition, and delivering measurable business growth.
This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of a multi-channel paid media strategy, working across some of the most exciting digital marketing platforms while collaborating with creative, eCommerce, CRM, and brand teams to create best-in-class customer experiences.

- Own and lead paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability through performance-focused campaigns
- Manage agency relationships, ensuring strong accountability, optimisation, and results
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies aligned to commercial objectives
- Optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, and Affiliate Networks
- Lead testing and experimentation programmes across audiences, creative, bidding, and landing pages
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and customer acquisition efficiency
- Deliver clear performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic recommendations
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and testing frameworks
- Identify emerging opportunities, platform innovations, and growth channels to stay ahead of the curve

π What We're Looking For
- β Proven experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing ideally in beauty/fashion/wellbeing
- β Strong hands-on expertise across:
- Google Ads (PPC, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube Advertising
- Affiliate Marketing Platforms
- β Advanced analytical skills with experience using GA4 and marketing attribution tools
- β Commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and profitability
- β Experience managing agencies, budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting
- β Passion for testing, optimisation, and continuous improvement
- β Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
