Role Description
The Paid Media Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role will support the setup, management, and optimisation of digital campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels. The successful candidate will be hands-on within platforms, helping to build campaigns, improve processes, and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting campaign setup, tagging, trafficking, and platform configuration across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
- Monitoring campaign performance, assisting with reporting, and maintaining accurate data tracking.
- Managing budget tracking, forecasting, and billing checks to ensure accuracy.
- Comfortable with working with tools such as Google Tag Manager and Data Studio/Looker Studio to support tracking and reporting.
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and making recommendations to improve processes and how the team spends its time.

The role will have a strong focus on Paid Search (60%), alongside Paid Social (30%) and Programmatic (10%), with exposure to areas such as holistic search strategy, AI search, and emerging platforms including ChatGPT.
The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to push ahead, bring ideas to the table, and continue developing within the agency. They should be comfortable attending industry events and sharing relevant insights back with the wider team and want to use AI to aid in driving improved efficiencies both for the agency and our clients. They will be responsible for supporting in managing more junior team members alongside the Operations Director and Head of Paid Media.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent qualification).
- Preferably 4–5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with experience in a similar role.
- School-level qualifications will be required as part of the recruitment process.
