Paid Media Senior Account Executive
We have an unmissable opportunity for a talented Paid Media Senior Account Executive looking to develop their career within an ambitious, supportive, and award-winning agency. Our digital team has been recognised multiple times as the Best In-House Agency Team at the UK Social Media Awards, and we pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge, innovative campaigns for top-tier global clients.
We are a close-knit sub-team of 5 within a wider digital and social powerhouse of 30+. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic thinker who combines analytical rigour with a strong instinct for B2B audiences to help shape the future of our paid media services.
The Role
As a Paid Media Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership of end-to-end campaign management—from strategy and media planning to execution, optimisation, and reporting. You will:
- Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimise paid media activity across LinkedIn and Google Search as your core pillars, with additional activity across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube and other platforms.
- Drive B2B Strategy: Work alongside Managers and Directors to bring fresh, commercially-minded ideas to our global B2B and B2C clients.
- Full Funnel Ownership: Manage pacing, budgets, and performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Insightful Reporting: Turn complex data into clear, thoughtful recommendations and present these insights directly to clients with confidence.
- Integrated Collaboration: Work closely with strategy and creative teams to ensure paid media supports wider brand and business objectives.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on platform updates, AI tools in paid media, and industry trends to keep our clients at the forefront of the digital landscape.

About You
You are a proactive, curious, and commercially-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable taking ownership of tasks and bringing proactive recommendations to the table.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
- Core Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Google Search is essential.
- Platform Breadth: Experience or a strong desire to work across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify.
- B2B Passion: A proven track record or a deep interest in B2B marketing and navigating complex professional audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and an understanding of tracking/pixel implementation for performance enhancement.
- Communication: Confident client-facing skills—you are comfortable presenting performance data and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Familiarity with forecasting, media planning, and keyword research.
- Organisational Excellence: Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively while maintaining high standards.
Desirable:
- Experience using AI tools to enhance paid media workflows.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience in high-growth or ambitious B2B sectors.
