Paid Media Senior Executive
Biddable Media Senior Executive (Ecommerce)
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Biddable Media Senior Executive to support the delivery and optimisation of performance-led campaigns across paid search, paid social, and other biddable channels for ecommerce clients. You’ll take increasing ownership of day-to-day execution while working closely with Managers and Senior Managers to drive revenue-focused results.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience who’s ready to step up in responsibility within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Activation
- Build, launch, and manage biddable media campaigns across paid search and paid social channels
- Support ecommerce-focused account structures, targeting strategies, and testing roadmaps
- Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and adherence to best practices
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance daily, optimising bids, budgets, audiences, keywords, and creative
- Support budget pacing and forecasting against ecommerce KPIs (ROAS, CPA, revenue)
- Identify performance trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
- Assist with feed-based optimisations and product-level insights where relevant

Reporting & Insights
- Produce accurate and timely performance reports
- Analyse performance data to deliver clear insights and recommendations
- Support Managers in client performance updates and presentations
Collaboration & Development
- Work closely with channel specialists, account teams, and creative partners
- Support junior team members through best practice sharing
- Contribute to testing frameworks, documentation, and biddable media playbooks
- Stay up to date with platform updates, ecommerce trends, and automation developments
Skills & Experience
Required
- 2–4+ years of experience in biddable media or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience across paid search and/or paid social
- Strong ecommerce performance focus with experience driving revenue or ROAS
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Preferred
- Agency experience managing ecommerce clients
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience working with product feeds and catalogue-based campaigns
- Understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
Hybrid Working
This role is hybrid, with 2 days per week based in our London office. The remaining time can be worked remotely, with flexibility to support team and client needs.
