Paid Media Senior Executive

Biddable Media Senior Executive (Ecommerce)

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Biddable Media Senior Executive to support the delivery and optimisation of performance-led campaigns across paid search, paid social, and other biddable channels for ecommerce clients. You’ll take increasing ownership of day-to-day execution while working closely with Managers and Senior Managers to drive revenue-focused results.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience who’s ready to step up in responsibility within an agency environment.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Activation

  • Build, launch, and manage biddable media campaigns across paid search and paid social channels
  • Support ecommerce-focused account structures, targeting strategies, and testing roadmaps
  • Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and adherence to best practices

Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance daily, optimising bids, budgets, audiences, keywords, and creative
  • Support budget pacing and forecasting against ecommerce KPIs (ROAS, CPA, revenue)
  • Identify performance trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
  • Assist with feed-based optimisations and product-level insights where relevant

Reporting & Insights

  • Produce accurate and timely performance reports
  • Analyse performance data to deliver clear insights and recommendations
  • Support Managers in client performance updates and presentations

Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with channel specialists, account teams, and creative partners
  • Support junior team members through best practice sharing
  • Contribute to testing frameworks, documentation, and biddable media playbooks
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, ecommerce trends, and automation developments

Skills & Experience

Required

  • 2–4+ years of experience in biddable media or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience across paid search and/or paid social
  • Strong ecommerce performance focus with experience driving revenue or ROAS
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Preferred

  • Agency experience managing ecommerce clients
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience working with product feeds and catalogue-based campaigns
  • Understanding of attribution and conversion tracking

Hybrid Working

This role is hybrid, with 2 days per week based in our London office. The remaining time can be worked remotely, with flexibility to support team and client needs.
