Are you an experienced Paid Media Specialist looking for your next challenge? Do you enjoy creating high-performing campaigns, analysing data and working closely with clients to drive measurable results?
My client are looking for a talented Paid Media Specialist to join their growing team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of B2B clients, developing and optimising paid media campaigns that make a real impact.
The Role
As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns across a range of digital platforms. Working alongside the wider digital marketing team, you'll help develop and deliver paid media strategies that maximise performance, improve campaign efficiency and increase conversions.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, launching and optimising paid media campaigns
- Keyword research and campaign structure
- Bid, budget and performance management
- Writing compelling ad copy
- Monitoring analytics and campaign tracking
- Landing page performance analysis
- Reporting on campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Working directly with clients, providing insights and strategic recommendations
About You
I'm looking for someone who is analytical, organised and passionate about delivering outstanding results. You'll be confident managing campaigns independently while also enjoying collaboration with colleagues across the agency.
You'll have:
- At least 3 years' experience managing paid media campaigns
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work directly with clients
- Great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive approach with a genuine desire to learn and continuously improve
