Chandlers Ford / Hybrid (2 days a week in our main head office Tuesday/Wednesday)
Salary
£30,000 with a discretionary bonus of up to 10%
Hours
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

At the Luxion Group we are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our digital marketing team and play a key role in accelerating performance, visibility, and revenue across all Luxion brands.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll take ownership of planning, executing, and continuously optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
You'll be a data-driven marketer who thrives on performance, using insights to maximise Return of investment (ROI) and drive measurable growth.
Working closely with external agencies, our wider marketing teams, and external partners, you'll ensure our paid activity is aligned to strategic objectives and consistently delivering strong results.
Day to day, you will:
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Manage campaigns against key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CPL, ensuring efficiency targets are met
- Allocate and monitor budgets effectively to maximise performance, visibility, and conversions
- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate campaign and website performance using GA4 and other analytics tools
- Produce weekly and monthly reports, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Use data-driven insights to inform budget allocation and support strategic decision-making

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a highly organised and analytical Paid Media Specialist with proven experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
You'll have a strong ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights that drive performance improvements.
Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM would be advantageous, and reporting tools is essential, alongside experience working with agencies and managing external partners.
You thrive as part of a collaborative team, bringing excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Passionate about digital marketing, you stay ahead of the curve and are always exploring new ways to drive innovation and improve campaign results.
