Paid Media Specialist
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Paid Media Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves getting into the nitty-gritty of campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis, but who can also see the bigger picture, collaborating closely with Client Leads and Paid Media Leads to deliver a best-in-class paid media strategy and activation.
You will work across a portfolio of global B2C and B2B clients in exciting verticals, including travel, SaaS, and real estate, across regions (Americas, Europe, ACPAC). The remit covers full-funnel Paid Media, primarily managing Paid Search and Paid Social, with opportunities to explore other channels such as Video, Display, Native, and more.
This role will have real impact, enabling you to shape and activate paid media campaigns that improve clients’ bottom lines—helping them reach high-quality audiences, optimize media budgets, run A/B tests, and make advances in AI experiments to increase conversions, boost sales, and enhance ROAS.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the day-to-day management, optimisation, and delivery of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across multiple global markets, with a focus on:
- Google Ads
- Meta
- Covering build, optimisation, analysis, and scaling to drive high-quality engagements and conversions.
- Translate strategy into execution with close collaboration with Client Leads, ensuring alignment with wider brand and performance objectives. Provide performance insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end Search campaign lifecycle, including:
- Campaign builds
- Keyword and audience setup
- QA & tracking implementation
- Ongoing optimisation and budget pacing management
- Ongoing performance reporting
- Post-campaign reviews
- Coordinate briefs and workflows for efficient execution across campaign builds, optimisation processes, reporting outputs, and localisation for different markets and languages.
- Analyse performance signals across:
- Paid media platforms
- Google Analytics
- Looker Studio
- Internal datasets
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance:
- Efficiency
- Engagement
- On-site quality
- Manage multi-market campaigns and deadlines with stakeholder communication to internal teams and client-side partners.
- Optimise audience, keyword, and campaign strategies across the funnel to influence the bottom line.
- Stay current on Paid Media platform updates, tools, and best practices, proactively sharing insights to improve performance.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience supporting or managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Google Ads
- Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversion funnels
- Optimisation tactics
- Keyword strategy
- Core performance KPIs
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools:
- Looker Studio
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and derive meaningful insights/recommendations.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset—with willingness to take ownership, problem-solve, and support smooth delivery.
- Clear communication skills with confidence to share updates, insights, and rationale with teammates and stakeholders.

⭐️ Nice to Have
- Experience managing multi-market, multi-channel media campaigns, particularly across Europe or North America.
- Understanding of how SEO, post-click optimisation, and other non-paid strategies intersect with Paid Media.
- Exposure to A/B testing or automation tools (e.g., script-based workflows, bid strategies, bulk optimisations).
