Paid Media Executive
Manchester | £35,000
We’re working with a growing digital marketing agency that’s expanding its paid media team due to continued success and client growth. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where creativity, performance, and progression are genuinely prioritised.
The Role
As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you’ll take ownership of managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google and social platforms. You’ll work across a diverse client portfolio, leading campaign strategy, execution, and performance improvement while contributing to the wider growth of the digital team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social channels
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from initial setup through to scaling and ongoing performance improvement
- Take ownership of client accounts, using data and insights to inform strategy and maximise ROI
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition into campaign delivery
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and platform developments
- Contribute to campaign strategy and support new business initiatives where required

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in paid media (agency experience desirable)
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Confident analysing data and making performance-driven decisions
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
- Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning
- Exposure to platforms like TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, or Spotify is a bonus
