The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. This role is based in Birmingham and requires expertise in digital advertising platforms to achieve measurable outcomes.
Client Details
This position is with a well-established organisation that focuses on delivering meaningful impact through its initiatives. As a medium-sized organisation, it offers a professional yet collaborative environment, supporting its mission with a strong digital presence.
This role will be based out of our client's offices 3 days per week.
Description
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to align paid media strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new advertising technologies.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Provide recommendations for improving digital advertising efforts.

Profile
A successful Paid Media Specialist should have:
- Proven expertise in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting campaign data.
- Experience in budget management and ROI optimisation.
- A solid understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
