Paid Media Strategist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paid media professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on platform expertise.

We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of campaign delivery, but whose real strength lies in developing effective paid media strategies and challenging to help clients achieve better outcomes.

You'll work across a range of financial services clients, including B2B, B2C, and asset management brands, planning, launching, and optimising campaigns across search and paid social. While you'll be hands-on with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, this isn't just an activation role. We're looking for someone who can think commercially, spot opportunities, and confidently turn performance data into strategic recommendations.

Working closely with the Paid Media Manager, you'll help shape campaign strategy, contribute to new business opportunities, and play a key role in developing our paid media offering.

This is a client-facing role, so you'll be confident leading and presenting in meetings, both in person and virtually, to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
