Paid Media Team Lead
Paid Media Director – Ticket Sales & Entertainment
📍 Remote ⚖️ Salary: Up to £50,000
We’re partnered with a growing entertainment business looking for a Paid Media Director to lead digitally-focused ticket sales and audience growth strategies. Ideal for candidates with a proven track record in paid performance marketing, particularly in the live entertainment and events sector. Scale campaigns effectively to maximise ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and drive conversions.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategy across:
- Paid Social (Meta, TikTok)
- PPC campaigns
- Conversion-focused advertising
- Drive ticket sales performance for live events, tours, festivals and entertainment campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets, optimise spend, generate performance reports and conduct forecasting analysis
- Analyse audience behaviour and performance data to improve conversion rates and ROI
- Oversee media buying across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate closely with:
- Entertainment clients
- Promoters
- Internal creative teams

Requirements
- Strong experience in *Paid Social and PPC campaigns
- Proven ability to drive ticket sales or eCommerce conversions
- Hands-on experience in managing large campaign budgets and metrics
- Previous experience in leadership or team management roles
- Industry experience preferred for either:
- Agencies
- Entertainment media
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
