About the Role
As a Paid Sales Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced team members across Watford, engaging directly with customers and supporting campaign delivery. You’ll develop confidence in communication, learn how to present solutions clearly, and understand how sales performance is built through consistent activity.
This role focuses on exposure, development, and contribution — giving you a realistic insight into a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers in person across event sites, retail spaces, and promotional environments.
- Introducing products and services, explaining key features, and responding to customer questions.
- Supporting the sales process from initial conversation through to completed transactions.
- Building rapport with customers and representing client brands in a professional manner.
- Working with the team to meet daily and weekly activity and performance goals.
- Learning how campaigns are structured, delivered, and measured.
- Receiving regular feedback and applying it to improve performance and communication.
