PPC Account Director (Freelance)
📍 Location: Hybrid (2 days per week)

Introduction
We are working with a growing digital agency looking for an experienced PPC Account Director to provide freelance support across a portfolio of key client accounts within fashion and luxury.
The Role
As PPC Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and delivery of paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Working closely with account teams and PPC specialists, you will provide strategic direction, optimise campaign performance, and act as the senior point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading the strategy and performance of PPC campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts
- Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Monitoring budgets, performance, and pacing against agreed KPIs
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and campaign optimisation
- Delivering regular performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Acting as the senior client contact, building strong stakeholder relationships
- Supporting pitches, audits, and new business opportunities where required
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard
- Keeping up to date with platform developments and paid search best practices

You – Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a PPC Account Director or Senior PPC Manager role within an agency environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads is essential
- Experience managing large budgets and multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting platforms is advantageous
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
