Overview Paid Search Manager Publicis Media | Publicis (LEGO) | London (Hybrid) We are hiring a Paid Search Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping global growth for one of the world’s most iconic brands — LEGO. Working within Publicis, our bespoke “Power of One” team, you’ll lead paid search strategy across global and local markets, blending data, creativity and commercial thinking. This is a role with real influence: driving performance today while helping define how search delivers meaningful impact for the future of play. You’ll collaborate with passionate specialists who care deeply about craft, learning and doing work that truly matters. What you’ll be doing Owning the end‑to‑end paid search strategy, from planning and activation through to optimisation and performance delivery Setting clear, scalable global search frameworks that local markets can confidently implement and adapt Acting as a trusted partner to internal planning and account teams, ensuring search aligns seamlessly with wider client objectives Reviewing account performance across markets, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, pacing and results against KPIs Designing and running a test‑and‑learn roadmap, with robust measurement and insight at its core Bringing fresh thinking to search, proactively evolving strategies as platforms, audiences and behaviours change Supporting the growth of the team by sharing knowledge, coaching others and strengthening ways of working Skills we’re looking for Experience delivering paid search campaigns with a strong strategic and analytical mindset Confidence working with data to inform decisions, spot trends and tell clear performance stories A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and markets Commercial awareness, including budget stewardship and performance forecasting Curiosity and motivation to keep learning as search and technology continue to evolve Clear, thoughtful communication skills, both written and verbal A sense of ownership and pride in delivering high‑quality work that drives meaningful outcomes We recognise that experience can be gained in many ways.
