The role:
As a Paid Search Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of client projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining outstanding client relationships. Working closely with senior colleagues, you'll also identify opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to long-term client success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of client accounts.
- Oversee multiple projects from brief to delivery, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, data, and technical disciplines.
- Build strong client relationships, proactively resolving issues and ensuring exceptional service.
- Support reporting, presentations, and proposals while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate across the wider agency to deliver outstanding results.

About you:
- 3+ years' Paid Search experience including hands-on account management within a marketing, creative, or digital agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client relationship, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and confident identifying opportunities for account growth.
