The Opportunit yAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Search & Social Manager to join a growing digital agency and take ownership of performance marketing activity across a portfolio of retail, ecommerce and consumer brands .This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management across Paid Search and Paid Social. You'll work directly with clients, develop growth strategies and drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven marketing

The Ro leAs Search & Social Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and optimising integrated Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across a range of client account s.You'll act as a key client contact, delivering performance insights, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring campaigns consistently exceed expectation
s. Key Responsibilit iesDevelop and execute Paid Search and Paid Social strategies aligned to client objectiv es.Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikT ok.Optimise campaign performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue and lead generation targe ts.Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations to clien ts.Lead regular reporting calls and performance revie ws.Manage campaign budgets, forecasting and paci ng.Conduct audience, keyword and competitor analysis to identify growth opportuniti es.Collaborate with creative, content and analytics teams to improve campaign performan ce.Support junior team members through coaching and best-practice guidan ce.Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging technolog i es.About YouEssential Experie nce3+ years' experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social, ideally within an agency environme nt.Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manag er.Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneous ly.Proven ability to drive performance and deliver against commercial objectiv es.Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign da ta.Experience presenting insights and recommendations to clien ts.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skil
