Paid Search Specialist (Contract)
Remote | 7-Month Contract | 3 Days per Week

- 7-month contract starting August
- Remote
- 3 days per week initially, with the likelihood of increasing to 4 days from October
- Occasional travel to Amsterdam may be required for onboarding and team meetings
We're supporting a leading international consumer eCommerce brand looking to appoint a Paid Search Specialist on an initial 7-month contract, starting in August.
This role will support search performance across multiple European markets, working closely with an external agency and internal stakeholders. The focus is Google Ads, with some involvement in SEO, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining performance marketing, agency management, and commercial analysis.

The role
- Manage and challenge a specialist Paid Search agency
- Drive Paid Search performance across multiple European markets
- Monitor budgets, performance, and commercial targets
- Coordinate campaigns, reporting, and testing
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Support Paid Search strategy while working alongside SEO initiatives

We're looking for someone with
- Strong Google Ads / Paid Search experience
- Good understanding of SEO
- Experience managing external agencies
- B2C eCommerce or D2C brand experience
- Multi-market European campaign experience
- Experience with Google Shopping / Product Catalogue Ads
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
