Summary

As a Paid Search Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you’ll drive digital performance for Virgin Media O₂, owning day-to-day PPC campaign delivery, optimisation, and performance measurement. This role offers a chance to develop your expertise in search advertising, collaborating with high-performing internal teams to enhance online sales, growth, and account performance.

About the Role

You’ll take a hands-on, data-driven approach to managing and improving PPC campaigns across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with PPC Managers, internal teams, and external partners to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns
  • Continuously testing and refining strategies to deliver better results
  • Analysing performance data to inform decisions and identifies new opportunities

Must-Have Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years’ experience in PPC (paid search advertising)
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Google Ads
    • Microsoft Ads
    • Search Ads 360
  • Strong data analysis skills to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in managing and optimising PPC campaigns
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Proficiency with Tableau, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), or similar analytics platforms
  • Understanding of attribution models
  • Experience collaborating with external partners (Google, Microsoft representatives)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Interest in digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
