PPC Lead | Luxury Fashion® 👠

Fully Remote (UK) • Competitive Salary: up to £60K

Are you a PPC strategy specialist with a passion for luxury fashion? Do you thrive in data-driven environments where performance metrics define success? If so, we’re looking for a PPC Lead who excels in scaling premium brands, driving ROI, and leaving no room for underperformance.
This is a chance to lead high-impact campaigns, collaborate with iconic fashion clients, and shape an agency’s PPC capabilities—while doing so from anywhere in the UK.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Campaign Leadership
- Lead PPC strategy across a portfolio of luxury fashion brands
- Plan, launch, and optimise high-performing Paid Search campaigns
- Work with premium brands where top-tier customer experience and performance are intertwined

Data & Growth
- Deeply analyse data to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities
- Continuously test, learn, and refine campaign strategies for maximum efficiency
Client & Team Collaboration
- Build strong client relationships, becoming their trusted PPC expert
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align strategies with brand goals
- Mentor juniors, foster agency-wide best practices, and elevate the PPC function
🛠 Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading successful PPC campaigns (bonus points for high-performing results)
- Must-have: Extensive experience in Luxury Fashion (no generalist hire here)
- Technical expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Merchant Center
- Data-savvy with a knack for translating metrics into actionable strategies
- Ability to present findings and strategies clearly to clients and leadership
- Ambitious self-starter who takes ownership but enjoys collaborative growth
