The Role

We're looking for a Paid Search Manager to join a leading global media agency's high-performing Search team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a major international account, delivering innovative Paid Search strategies that drive measurable business results across multiple markets.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the day-to-day management and optimisation of large-scale Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Developing strategic recommendations, identifying new testing opportunities and driving continuous performance improvements.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and presenting performance insights with confidence.
  • Managing campaign budgets, forecasting performance and ensuring activity delivers against business objectives.
  • Collaborating with Paid Social, Programmatic and wider Performance teams to deliver integrated digital strategies.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping to develop the team's Paid Search expertise.

What we're looking for

  • 2-3+ years' experience managing Paid Search campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience using bid management platforms such as Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, or Marin.
  • Excellent analytical skills with confidence interpreting performance data and making strategic recommendations.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to present insights and build lasting relationships.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and testing new opportunities.
  • Previous experience managing international campaigns would be advantageous.
